Industrial UV Flatbed Printer

Initially digital printing machine was design to assist in advertising industry. Throughout the time, it begin to provide soltuion on industrial sector. Started with the presence of UV Flatbed Printer such as Liyu Eureka which combine advertising needs and requirement to print on rigid material with thickness up to 20mm. Eureka can print on roll media or rigid media, but its speed is still relatively low compare to normal digital printing machine.

With the growing technology, Liyu produce the next evolution in UV Flatbed Printer; allows you to print on rigid or soft substrate with maximum thickness up to 100mm. It also enhanced with higher resolution by using konica minolta 512 MH print head on Liyu KJ Victor. This new technology radically change the traditional method of printing. At first, Eureka uses belt to shift the media; but KJ Victor is different. It moved the carriage in 6 direction: left, right, up, down, front and back. Meanwhile, the media remain idle on the table.

by using UV Curable ink, UV Flatbed printer can print on variety material both rigid and soft (e.g. wood, ceramic, glass, stainless steel, aluminium, acrylic, textile, leather, and many more. It can be applied to Industry such as:

• Furniture - ease of printing furniture with variety of picture specifically design for each customers. Much more efficient than using traditional air brush system or other method.
